TERMS OF DELIVERY

  1. DELIVERY VIA OMNIVA – FREE DELIVERY *

The goods will arrive at your chosen Omniva parcel terminal within 2-4 working days after receiving the order confirmation. You will be notified about the arrival of  the product at the parcel terminal by SMS, which will contain the door code, the location of the parcel terminal, and the storage expiration date. Parcel terminals are open 24 hours a day and are usually located near the main doors of various shopping mall

  2. DELIVERY BY COURIER – FROM 7,00 EUR

The product will be delivered to you within 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order. The courier will contact you by phone to agree on the most convenient time and place for delivery.

HOW CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?

Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia 20.05.2014. Regulations No. 255 “Regulations on distance contracts” stipulate that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

    • Exchange and return of goods and applies only to new and unused goods in the original packaging and with the manufacturer’s original trademarks
    • You can return the product to our store with a completed and signed form that was attached to your order from our online store.

The product can only be changed to another size of the same product. In case of exchange, we will send you a new product immediately after receiving the exchanged product. In case of a refund, the money is refunded to the same current account from which your payment was made, within 14 days after the timely receipt of the product in the VOIR store

    1. If you cancel the purchase, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchased item, but the return costs are not refunded – they are borne by the buyer.

    2. Goods to be exchanged or returned must not be damaged or show signs of wear, must be in their original packaging and must bear all original labels.

    3. Please note that for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return tights and socks. In exceptional cases, if the order is packed incorrectly. The package of tights or socks must not be open.
